Message "Contact Visual Matrix Support to Activate ID Scanner"


Visual Matrix collaborates with various ID Scanner providers (Visual Matrix, Shadow Custom Software), each with its unique technical requirements. To utilize an ID Scanner, it is essential to activate it through the Admin interface before its initial use.
Please submit a support ticket to our Client Experience team requesting the activation of your ID Scanner. Be sure to provide the name of your ID Scanner provider in the ticket: Visual Matrix or Shadow Custom Software.

The ID Scanner is designed specifically for scanning IDs. However, if you'd like to use it to scan barcodes for the Visual Matrix POS feature, Shadow Custom Software will need to enable this functionality on their end.
