Message "You have 3 or more Unprocessed Reservations" (BW)


Best Western is a 2way communication Channel Manager through which Visual Matrix communicates rates, availability, and reservations with Member Web. Best Western sends down to Visual Matrix any reservation made online, Visual Matrix sends up to Member Web any reservation made locally.

What is the message?

This message is generally misunderstood.
The message does not mean that Visual Matrix did not receive some reservations but means that Visual Matrix has some reservations that were not sent to Member Web.

Why am I seeing this message?

This message can happen following a down-time of the 2way. But that does not mean that the 2way is currently down.
Any ghost reservations - reservations started but never either saved or canceled - will also count.

How to resolve it?

Only our Support can resolve this situation,
