My processor is changing, do I have to do anything with Visual Matrix?

If the change is within processors (e.g., Elavon, Shift4, Fortis Pay), and the gateway/platform remains the same, there is typically no modification required within Visual Matrix. The updates will be handled on the processor's end.
Gateway Change
If there is a switch between gateways (platforms), Visual Matrix may need adjustments. In this case, the new gateway provider will likely contact Visual Matrix directly. If you are initiating the change, it's recommended to open a ticket with the Client Experience team for guidance.
