Open the Modification Log for an Individual Reservation (Desktop) 🎥

The Res Modification Log allows you to see any modifications, updates, or changes made to a reservation.

Path: Front Office > Search and Open the Reservation > Mod Detail Tab

The Mod Detail shows any modifications made to a reservation from the creation to the check out.

For every modification:

- Date of the modification.

- Time of the modification.

- User who did the modification.

- Type of modification was done.

- Old Value: data before the modification.

- New Value: data after the modification.

Any modification triggered by another one will not show. For example, if a rate change because of a room type change, the room type change will show but not the rate change, because the intention was the room type and not the rate.

Also, information that was entered/assigned during the creation, before saving, like a room number, will not show on the mod log.
