Post an Advanced Deposit on an Individual Reservation (Desktop) 🎥

Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search

1. Select Advance Deposit to populate the advance deposit window.
2. Enter the deposit method of payment, amount, and check reference number.
3. Click Post.
If the deposit is posted before the day of arrival, Visual Matrix will default the amount to the first night (extra included). If the deposit is posted on the day of arrival, Visual Matrix will default to the full amount of the stay (extra included).
