Pre-Block Rooms with Reservation (Res) Management (Desktop) 🎥

Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Res Mgmt

1. Get the arrivals for the day, using options to narrow down, or not:
- keep the current default arrival date or select a date from the calendar.
- select a room type from the dropdown or keep ALL.
- make the search by a specific name or confirmation number or enter a customized filter in the "Search For" field.



2. Click Refresh.



3. Select a reservation from the list to display its information in the Reservation Detail section at the bottom.
4. Assign a room using the Room Block field.



5. The guest will now show in the Room Chart snapshot available on the right.
