Print Room Rack by Status and/or by Condition (Cloud)

Generating a room list by status and condition from the room rack helps hotel staff efficiently manage room assignments, cleanliness, and maintenance. It provides an overview of room occupancy and physical condition, aiding front desk operations and guest satisfaction. Whether you choose Summary or Expanded, the process is possible from both screens.

Path: Front Office > Room Rack

1. Click on Print.

2. Choose between the 2 available filters:

- by Room Status: Vacant, Due-Out, In-House, Out of Order, or All

- by Condition: Clean, On Change, Pre-Blocked/Clean, Pre-Blocked/On Change, or All

3. Click Ok to print your choice.
