Generate Room List by Status and/or Condition (Cloud)
Printing a list from the Room Rack gives your front desk and housekeeping teams a quick overview of room readiness across the property. You can generate the list by room status and/or condition to plan arrivals, manage cleaning schedules, and track maintenance. The feature works from both the Summary and Expanded Room Rack views.
Path: Front Office > Room Rack > Summary/Expanded
Instructions
1. Click the Print button in the Room Rack section (upper right area of the screen).
2. Select your filters for the list:
- By Room Status: Vacant, Due-Out, In-House, Out of Order, or All
- By Condition: Clean, On Change, Pre-Blocked/Clean, Pre-Blocked/On Change, or All
You can choose one value from both filters to narrow the list—for example, print only rooms that are In-House and Clean.
3. Click OK to generate the report. Use your browser’s print settings to print or save the list as a PDF.
