Print or Email a Group Folio (Cloud)

After finalising or generating a group folio in Visual Matrix Cloud, you may need to provide it to the client or internal teams either by printing a physical copy or sending it via email. This process helps ensure transparency of charges, supports client billing verification, and preserves billing records.
Path: Front Office > Cashiering > Group Account

Instructions

1. Click In-House Groups in the Toolbox on the right.


2. Locate the group folio and double-click it to open the preview screen.


3. Click View to open the Group Master Folio.


4. In the toolbox (right side), click Print Folio.



5. Check Print Folio and/or Email Folio based on your need. When selecting Email Folio, enter the recipient’s email address in the Send To field.
6. Click Submit to execute the print or email action.
