Process Inspection Report (MOP 2.0)


The Process Inspection report gives statistical data for the current/previous month/year to show the scoring results from observing a Room Attendant clean a room. The report can be downloaded into an Excel format.
Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > Process Inspection

1. Filters - Select a different month and year. The platform defaults to the current month and year.
2. Horizontal Row- Areas of data collected; Create Date (date of the inspection), Room# of observation, Attendant (name of the room attendant being observed, Score (total), Missed (total items missed in the process), Status ( Pass or Fail), Inspected By (who observed the cleaning process) and Notes (key points of observation).  The Vertical columns fill in with each Process Inspection completed.
3. Refresh, select to return to the current month and year
