Rate Mod Log Report (Cloud)
The Rate Mod Log report provides a comprehensive overview of all changes and modifications made to room rates within a specified timeframe. It captures and displays details such as adjustments, updates, and revisions made to the rates configured in the room rate setup page. This report is essential for tracking and auditing changes over time, ensuring transparency and accuracy in rate management within the system.
Path: Management > Rates > Room Rates > Tools on the right - Rate Mod Log
Generate report
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by Date(s).
- by Room Type.
2. Click Refresh.
Detailed Report
Here is the source of each piece of information in the report:
- Timestamp indicating the Date and Time of the modification.
- Username of the user who made the modification.
- Room Type and Season modified.
- Tier (0-9*), weekdays or weekend rates, number of persons.
*Tier 0 = Base
- Previous rate before the update.
- Updated rate after the modification.
"Post Weekly": "True" indicates that the rate is configured to post weekly instead of daily.
