Remove a BWR Number from a Checked-In Reservation (BW) (Cloud)

Image
When making reservations, sometimes a guest's CRS number is mistakenly attached to their profile and needs to be removed. This action cannot be performed from the reservation screen, as it is only for looking up or enrolling guest information.

Remove the CRS Number from the Guest Profile

To remove a BWR number, you need to access the Sales and Marketing section where guest profiles and loyalty numbers are managed.
Path: Sales and Marketing > Guest Profiler > Search

1. Use the search tools to find the guest's profile by their last name.
2. Scroll down to the "Loyalty" section.

3. Remove the loyalty number.
4. Save the changes.

Verify Removal in the Reservation

Going back to the reservation, confirm that the BWR number has been removed from the reservation.
Although the BWR number would be removed, a "Blue" tier level will still display. This is not connected to the previous number or associated with any hidden number.

Verify Removal in Member Web

Additionally, the reservation history in Member Web will indicate that the loyalty number has been removed from the guest's reservation information.
