Remove an Extra Folio on an Individual Reservation (Desktop)
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search > Open the Reservation > Select Guest Account.
If the secondary folio is either Incidental or Name Only, select the Remove button in blue.
To remove a folio you must first make sure it is a Incidental or Name Only folio. You can not remove a folio if there have been postings made within it, even if those postings were voided or transferred. The A folio can not be removed.
