Reset User Password (MOP 2.0)
Resetting a password can be accomplished through two methods: either by receiving a code sent to a phone number or by inserting a temporary password in the user's account, which will initiate a password reset during the next login attempt.
Password reset using temporary password
1. Request that your management add a temporary password to your profile. This password will remain active only until it is used for login.
2. From the login page, enter your username and the temporary password given by your manager.
3. Click "Sign In".
You have been redirected to the password reset page.
4. Enter the temporary password again.
5. Enter a new password... and confirm it.
Your password must adhere to specific requirements, which are as follows:
- It should have a length ranging from 9 to 64 characters.
- It must consist of characters from a minimum of three out of four character classes, which include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
6. Click "Continue".
7. Your password is now reset.
