How did you get the indication of the 2 Way being offline? Big flashing error messages? Faxed reservations? Interface showing in Red?
Is the 2Way Offline?
Check from the taskbar if the Airplane (showing the 2way) is there. If so, double click on the icon, it will open the application. Next to the date and time at the bottom right of the screen, click on the arrow that goes up (hidden icons) and the Airplane should show.
You can also open the application through the Device Server.
To start the application once the Device Server is open, click on the Start option on the left and then click the CR: BestWestern 2 Way button.
Next click Show and then CR: BestWestern 2 Way again to open the 2Way application.
Having the button in Red already shows that the 2Way is not running.

Try to Ping the 2Way
With the application open, you can attempt to Ping the communication. Sending a Ping means sending a message to the CRS from the PMS and waiting for the Reply. If a Ping brings up the 2Way, it might restart communication, unfortunately, it does not always mean that the 2Way is completely back up.
Click the top right-hand corner button that says Ping then watch the communication in the box go out to CRS and see what return message you receive. Below you can see that a Ping went out with the PMS message but we received no response from CRS.
If it has been more than 7 to 10 days since the last proper restart of the Server and the 2Way is experiencing issues going offline frequently or possibly not establishing a steady connection, then you should start by restarting the Server.
Even if it has not been so long... a reboot will never harm.
Open Task Manager (do a right click in the task bar) and select Performance. At the bottom, it will display the Up Time of the computer which is how long this computer has been on without a proper restart.
A more accurate way to determine the last proper restart of the Server is to check the System Boot Time.
Open a command prompt and type in "systeminfo" then press Enter.
Once the computer information is displayed, scroll up towards the top of the command prompt and find the "System Boot Time" which will display the last time this computer was properly rebooted.
