The PDF Format

Verified Work Orders (Deep Cleans) By Day
1. Vertical column is the total deep cleans for the day
2. Horizontal row is the day of the period (week or month) the deep cleans were completed



Average Resolution Time
1. Vertical column is time spent in the deep clean
2. Horizontal row is the day of the period (week or month) the deep cleans were completed



Average Time to Verify 
1. Vertical column is the hours it took to verify 
2. Horizontal row is the day of the period (week or month) of verification

Completed Deep Cleans
1. Provides complete data on the Deep Clean
2. Total for the period



Deep Cleans with Maintenance Issues Reported
1. Provides data on Maintenance Issues reported during the Deep Clean. Status NR is Not Repaired
2. Total Maintenance issues reported during the Deep Clean


The Excel CSV Format

Task Id is auto-assigned. Any repairs assigned during the deep clean are documented by description, completion date, and who completed the repairs.
