This section gives access to the Sales & Marketing department to be able to set up and search for a Company profile. From this page, you can create a new Company or search for an existing one by clicking on Company Listing.
Path: Sales & Marketing > Company > Company
Company Information
Use the drop-down window to select Current company or select New to add a company.
Fill in all related fields for the Company Profile.
Referral Method: Select the referral or source of the company bookings.
Market Segment: Type of business (about market segments) the Company is associated with.
Contact Information
Used for the primary contact.
Complete all fields with pertinent information.
Keep the Active box checked as long as the company remains an active client.
Check the Update TwoWay box to ensure information and any changes are pushed out to the booking channels.
Rate Information
Rate Override (Weekday and Weekend).
Rate Private should be selected if the rate is to be hidden and not on the Registration card.
Discounts (Weekday and Weekend) (use drop-down windows to select pre-loaded rate codes).
Tax Status (use the Exempt drop-down window) to select the Company's taxability.
You cannot have both an Override Rate and a Discount Rate, it must be one or the other.
Setting the parameters will allow for the auto-population of some fields if a Reservation is made by a Company name.
Statistics
Shows the current month's statistics but you can move back or forward to the desired months to review.
Current Year and Previous Year Month to Date Statistics for Revenue, Room, Nights, ADR, and % of Rack.
