Search/Enroll a Guest in the Sonesta Loyalty Program (Cloud)


Enrolling a guest into the loyalty program is as easy as 2 steps. First, open the reservation.

1. Open an existing reservation. The "Add Loyalty" button will only appear if the reservation has already been saved.



2. Click on "Add Loyalty".



3. Add the guest email. This will update the email in the reservation. If the guest already has an email in the reservation, it will automatically be filled in.
4. Click "OK".

If the guest is already a member of the loyalty program, the membership number and loyalty status will be displayed in the reservation.

As notified in the popup, if the guest is not yet a member of the loyalty program, he will be automatically enrolled.

5. The new membership loyalty number and the initial loyalty status will display in the reservation.
