Search a Group Reservation (Cloud) 🎥

You have various methods for searching for a group, whether it's by their name, event, or even the phone number of the group contact. Let's explore these different options.
Path: Front Office > Groups > Search

1. Use the Search Options, Field, and From/To Dates to specify your search parameters.



2. There are five distinct filtering options available:
      A. By Group Name.
      B. By Group ID/Phone Number (where the Group ID corresponds to the reservation number provided by Visual Matrix).
      C. By Event Name.
      D. By Groups that are already Checked-In.
      E. By Email.



2. Click the Search button to generate results.



3. Click on the group to open the reservation.
