Search a Group Reservation (Cloud) 🎥

You can search for a group reservation using one criterion at a time—Group Name, Group ID / Phone Number (either value), Event Name, Checked-In Groups, or Email—and narrow results with a date range. The steps below show how to pick a single criterion, run the search, and open the matching group.
Path: Front Office > Groups > Search

Instructions

1. Select a single Search field (Group Name, Group ID / Phone Number, Event Name, Checked-In Groups, or Email) and set the From / To dates.



There are five distinct filtering options available: Group Name, Group ID/Phone Number, Event Name, Checked-In Status, and Email.



2. Enter the value for the chosen field (for Group ID / Phone Number, enter either the confirmation number or the phone number).



3. By default, the system limits the search to the current day. Use the From / To date fields to expand the search to any date range (e.g., past, future, or spanning multiple days).



4. Click Search.


Notes
The matching group reservations will appear at the bottom of the window. Each result is clickable—select a group from the list to open its reservation details.

5. If desired, use the Print button to print the list of matching group reservations.
