Search a Guest Reservation (Cloud) 🎥
1. Search Option is set to the Reservation Status by default. Select the drop-down to access on of the 17 search options: City Ledger, Company Name, VM Confirmation Number, Credit Card Number, CRS/3rd Party Conf #, Discount Code, Email, Group Name, Guest ID/Phone #, Guest Last Name, Multi Reservations, Reservation Status, Room Blocked, Room Checked IN, Room Type, Travel agent and VIP Status.
The search results are determined by the arrival date. For instance, if you're searching using the last 4 digits of a credit card number, it's important to ensure that you're also applying date filters that encompass the guest's arrival date.
2. Use the "To" and "From" date range defaults on the current date. Select the calendar to modify the data range.
3. Search field allows you to narrow down your search further based on the Search Option selected.
4. Click on Search once search parameters are selected.
5. Click Print if you wish to print your results.
