Search a Guest Reservation (Desktop) 🎥
1. Search Option is set to the Reservation Status by default. Select the drop-down to access on of the 16 search options: Guest Last Name, Guest ID/Phone #, Group Name, Company Name, Room Type, CRS/3rd Party Conf #, VM Confirmation Number, Room Checked IN, Room Blocked, Travel Agent, Credit Card Number, City Ledger, Discount Code, Reservation Status, Multi Reservations and Email.
2. The To and From Date range defaults on the current date. Select the calendar to modify the data range.
3. Search field allows you to narrow down your search further based on the Search Option selected.
4. Click on Search once search parameters are selected.
5. Click Print if you wish to print your results.
