See the list of authorizations (PMS)


There is not a list of every authorization in the system, however, you can view the detail of any card on a reservation to see the authorization(s) on that card.

- Open the reservation and go to the Payment Info;
- Click on the pencil to open the Credit Card Authorization window;
- Click on View: This window will display all the credit cards that were entered, tapped, swiped, or chipped for that reservation;
If a credit card number shows twice, it means that it has been entered in two different ways;
For example, the number may have come with the reservation, but when the real credit card went through the pin pad, Visual Matrix will consider it as another credit card number.
- Click on View: to unhide the full token number;
- Click on Detail: to see the detail of all the operations made on that credit card: authorizations, charges, refunds, credits, ...

From every window, click OK to close.
