Send a Confirmation Letter for a Group Reservation (Desktop) 🎥

Path: Front Office > Group > Search > Open the Group

1. Check the Confirmation Delivery. "Email" will email the confirmation, any other choice will print the confirmation. If "Email", make sure there is an email in the dedicated field.

2. Click on "Confirm Letter" on the left side options.

The confirmation will confirm the total of rooms allocated to the group and not the number of rooms actually picked up.
