Send a message alert to a guest with the PBX (Desktop) 🎥

This feature requires an active PBX interface.
Path: Front Office > PBX > Guest, Group, Arrivals, or Departures

1. Search and locate your guest in the system.
2. Click New Messages and enter the message.
The other tabs - Group, Arrival, and Departure - are only for guest search. Search a guest who is part of a group or search by arrival or departure dates. Once you choose the guest, it will go back to the first tab Guest.


3. Click Ok. The message will appear in the window as a pending message.


4. Click Read Messages to view read messages.
5. Click Pending Messages to view any pending messages.
6. Click Remove at the end of the line in the Mark As Read field to mark the message as Read.
