Set up Charge Transfer at Check-In (Cloud)


When a single room is covering expenses for other rooms, a method exists to facilitate the transfer of charges between folios. This process avoids the necessity of creating a formal group or waiting until the departure date to perform manual transfers. However, a prerequisite for this procedure is that both the sender's and receiver's folios must be in a checked-in status.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Open the (Checked-In) source reservation

1. Open the Guest Account from the options on the right side.



2. Select "Transfer" in the Posting dropdown.



3. Input the room number where the charges will be transferred.



4. The process is complete. All charges from the current room will now be transferred to the selected room 114-A.
