Setup Rooms Phone Extensions (Desktop) 🎥

Phone extensions enable guests and hotel staff to be connected correctly with any calls from inside or outside the hotel. This section gives the possibility to setup up to 9 extension per room. Accuracy in extensions is also important for call accounting. Room numbers should be set up before adding extensions.
Path: Management > Setup > Rooms > Phone Extensions

1. Click on the available extension (EXT 1 etc.) and enter every existing extension(s) for each room number.
