Setup Staff Weekly Schedule (Desktop) 🎥

Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Staff Scheduler

1. Select the Department for which you are creating the schedule. Every users from this department will automatically prompt from the User Settings.
2. Select the week you are creating the schedule for, or navigate to previous or futur weeks.
3. Using the Shifts created available, drag and drop in the field for each day and each employee the shift assigned. To help, the number of arrivals and departures forecast for that day show right above the date.
4. Click Print to print the schedule.

You can then use the Copy tool to copy from one week to another.
