Snapshot Report (MOP 2.0)


The Snapshot Report gives various statistical data in a roll-up format.
Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > Snapshot

Housekeeping Average Time Weekly 

1. Vertical column is the MPR (minutes per room) for the period
2. Horizontal line is the week
3. Provides further details for the period such as total average time and average times per duty type



Maintenance Tasks per Week

1. Vertical column is for the total maintenance tasks for the period
2. Horizontal line is the week
3. Provides further details for the period such as totals for common area tasks and preventive maintenance tasks



Inspections per Week

1. Vertical column is the total inspections 
2. Horizontal line is the week
3. Provides further details for the period such as the type of inspection and the total of passed or failed inspections




Additional Statistics

1. Vertical column Indicators are tallied items  and the Horizontal row across the top is per month
2. Housekeeping - related such as room duty types and minutes per room for each duty type
3. Maintenance-related such as regular maintenance and preventive maintenance
4. Statistics tracked for inspections and pass or fail totals
