Remove a Restriction without Rate Levels (Cloud)


When removing a Minimum Length of Stay (MLOS) restriction, it’s important to follow the correct process so updates are properly communicated to your Central Reservation System (CRS). If the restriction is deleted instead of adjusted, the CRS will not receive the change, which can lead to booking errors and inconsistencies.
Path: Management > Rates > Min Night

Edit the Existing Restriction
- Locate the MLOS you want to remove.
- Click on the entry to open its settings.
- Uncheck both the room type and the the BAR (Best Available Rate) rate code.
- Save your changes to ensure the system sends an update to CRS.
WarningAdjust Instead of Deleting: Do not delete the restriction. Deleting will not trigger a sync to CRS.

To Verify Removal
Navigate to Management > Interfaces > All Interfaces.
Select your Channel Manager.
Open the Availability tab.
Locate the relevant date and confirm that the MLOS field is now blank or set to “0.”
