The different Conf Req/Guarantee Policies Available in VM

Whether you copy (or create) a new season or create a new discount code, you have the possibility to apply a specific Confirmation/Guarantee Policy.

Visual Matrix has 6 different policies to overcome every situation: DEP, FULLPAY, FY, GTD, HOLD and VC.

DEP: Deposit. Means that the first night deposit is required. Visual Matrix will not charge the deposit automatically.

FULLPAY: Full Stay Deposit Required. Visual Matrix will not charge the deposit automatically.

FY: Guaranteed, fly buy redemption. This policy can be used for reservation on reward points.

GTD: Guaranteed. The reservation requires a guarantee of payment.

HOLD: Non-Guaranteed, cancel 4pm or 6pm. The reservation has no guarantee of payment, it will be canceled either at 4 or 6pm based on your cancellation policy.

VC: Guaranteed, voucher required. This policy can be used for reservation that will be paid with a voucher.
