The VM Mobile App is not behaving as it should


If you encounter any issue or something seems wrong, check the following:

- Is the app up to date?
- Check the storage on your phone.
- Check your wi-fi connection.
- Last resort, try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

If every box is checked and you still encounter an issue, please open a ticket from the portal with our Client Experience team.
