Track the Status of Tasks/Duties (MOP 2.0)

MOP allows you to monitor task progress in real time. Whether you are reviewing housekeeping, maintenance, or front desk duties, the system provides consistent status information across multiple areas of the application. This article explains where you can view task status and what information is displayed at each stage of a task’s lifecycle.

Where to Track Task Status

You can monitor tasks from the following locations. All areas display the same task details:

All Tasks / Home Screen
Displays every task assigned across the property.

My Tasks
Displays tasks assigned to the logged-in user.
For Site Admin users, this view also includes maintenance tasks awaiting supervisor verification.

Task Search
Provides a searchable view of all tasks assigned to any user.

How to View Task Details

Open the Task - Click the right arrow located on the right side of the task line.

Review Task Information - The task detail screen displays different information depending on the stage of the task.
