Unable to Assign a Work Order in Room Rack (Cloud)

To successfully assign a work order in the Room Rack, you need to ensure that you have an active Maintenance person (engineer) created in the User Settings. Having an active engineer on the list of users is a prerequisite for creating and assigning work orders. Please make sure to verify and confirm the presence of an engineer user profile before proceeding with work order assignments.

Path: Management > User Settings.

Once on the page, make sure that you have at least one employee assigned to the Engineering department.
