PMS Login Link Overview (Cloud)
The Visual Matrix Cloud PMS uses a unique URL structure to connect each property to its secure online environment. Understanding this structure can help you identify the correct link for your hotel and troubleshoot access issues.
The URL is the web address entered and visible in the browser's address bar. For example, to reach the login page of VM Cloud PMS, you'd use the URL login.vmcloudpms.com. In Visual Matrix, the URL incorporates specific user details and dynamic elements that change upon login and during navigation. This address gives indications of your current position within the application.
Overview
- The "Unique ID" is distinct for each property.
- The Environment: Visual Matrix employs multiple cloud environments to enhance performance, provide redundancy, ensure scalability, achieve regional coverage, and comply with various regulatory requirements.
- Cloud PMS URL: This is the base address for your region’s login page (for example,
login.vmcloudpms.com for the Americas or login.vmcloudpms.co.uk for the UK). Using the correct base URL ensures you are routed to the proper server and can access your account without connectivity or security issues.- The Page Location: The last part of the URL changes based on the page or feature you are viewing within the PMS, allowing you to confirm exactly where you are in the system and sometimes share a direct link to that view with authorized team members.
