Unusual Data Patterns Detected (Cloud)

This issue was identified on January 15, 2024.

If you encounter abnormal data on your screen when opening Visual Matrix, it might be due to recent updates in Chrome and specific security/ad-blocking extensions, including McAfee WebAdvisor and AdBlocker.
No need to panic! We have a potential solution. Follow the guide provided below.



1. Start by navigating to your Chrome extensions:



2. Click on "Manage Extension" at the bottom.



3. Find the extension.



4. Disable the extension.


We are currently looking into why this extension is creatind an interefrence with the Cloud PMS. We will push any necessary update to resolve the issue.

5. Close Chrome, reopen Visual Matrix, and log back in.

6. If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the Chrome web browser in its entirety.

7. If the problem persists, please open a ticket.
