Update a Group Rooming List (Desktop) 🎥

The rooming list is a convenient tool that gives you an easy way not only to have a big and complete picture of your group but also to update several of the guest information all in one place, like room number and guest(s) names.
Path: Front Office > Group > Search > Open the Group > Rooming List (top tabs)


1. From the Last Name and First Name columns, update the guests name. You can create new folios and add name at your convenience. Like for any reservations there are 4 folios (type to be chosen - All, Room/Tax, Incidental or Name Only) that opens the possibility of 4 differents names per room, sharing or not the charges.



2. When time comes, assign room numbers for each guest directly from there using the list of available mathcing rooms on the right side.
3. If the guest should not be moved, checn the DNM box (Do Not Move).
4. Use "Clear Room #" to unassign the room number from a reservation.



5. Use the "Comments" section to add any information to each guest reservation. Those comments will show in the "Comments" section of the reservation.
