Update Guest Information in Reservations After Check-Out (Cloud)


Once a reservation has been checked out, only a limited number of editable items remain, and unfortunately, guest information (name) or the internal comments are not included in this list. Regrettably, there is only one method available to modify the guest name under these circumstances, but it does have a drawback. The sole way to proceed to those update on a checked-out reservation is to make the change directly within the guest profile.
Path: Sales & Marketing > Guest Profiler > Search the information to update (examples below) and "Save" (green floppy disk at the top) to update every reservations of that guest).
The potential downside is that updating the guest name from the guest profile will modify those information across all reservations linked to that guest in the system, spanning past, present, and future bookings. Therefore, it is recommended to use this option cautiously and only when necessary, such as in the case of a name error.
