Update a Room Condition from Room Rack (Cloud)


If you work in the front office and don't have access to the housekeeping department in Visual Matrix, you can still update the room's condition directly from the Room Rack Summary.

Room Status and Condition Reminder

The Room Rack offers a comprehensive view of room statuses and conditions, using symbols and colors.



Update a Room Condition

1. Left or Right click on a room number to update the condition.


The "Clean" condition can refer to either "Clean" or "Clean & Inspected."



2. Choose the new condition to apply. If the room is currently "Dirty," you can select either "Clean" or "Clean & Inspected." Conversely, if the room is currently "Clean" or "Clean & Inspected," you can choose "Dirty."
3. Click "Update".
