Upgrade Visual Matrix Version (Desktop) 🎥

Before starting an upgrade, make sure everyone completely Exits from Visual Matrix on every computer until upgrade is completed. Once completed verify you can log in successfully on the Server. If so you can then log in again on all Client stations.

Visual Matrix upgrades are schedule to happen before the night audit when a new version is available. Additionally, a user with access to the Supervisor section of Front Office has the possibility to upgrade the system at will.

Path: Front Office > Supervisor > System Maint > Upgrade.

1. Click on the drop-down to see any higher version available to upgrade, if available. The first in the list will always be the version the system is already on.

2. Click Process to start. The time it takes for the upgrade to complete will largely depend on your internet speed.
