Use Preprinted Paper in Visual Matrix (Desktop)

The top of each form will display the property's name and address on the left, with the phone number, email, and website address on the right. If you've uploaded a logo, it will appear at the center of the page. If you're using preprinted paper that already contains all this information at the top, you can choose to hide these details on the form.

Choosing the Right Paper Format in Visual Matrix
To specify whether you're printing on blank paper or preprinted paper in Visual Matrix, follow these steps:
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings page.
- In the "Header format" dropdown, select the type of paper you're using:
      - Blank Paper: Select this option if you're printing data onto plain paper. All necessary information will be included at the top of the printout.
      - Preprinted Paper: Choose this option if your paper already has property details printed on it. This setting hides property information from the printout's header. However, any uploaded logo will not be hidden and must be disabled manually if not required.
