View Travel Agent Account/Commission History (Cloud) 🎥

The Travel Agent Account History will show the history of all checks printed.
Path: Accounting > Travel Agents > History (from the toolbox on the right side)
You do not have to choose a Travel Agent before going to History. If you choose a Travel Agent before, you will be redirected to the Sales and Marketing department, same tools.

Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by IATA account numbers or Agency name.
- by date or date range.

Check the "Check Register" box to see every check that has been reconcile.
Leave the box uncheck to choose how to sort the results by date, name, conf# or check#.



Click Search to update if any option were used.
Click Print to keep a copy.



The History will display:
- the date the check was printed.
- the check number.
- the TA IATA number, name and location.
- the clerk/user who printed the check.
- the check amount.
