What is the "# Close" in the Channel Manager's Interface?

The "# Close" is the number of rooms left for a room type at which Visual Matrix will trigger a message to your Channel Manager to Close inventories online.
You will find it:
- VM Cloud: in Management > Interfaces > All Interfaces > Choose your Channel Manager > bottom left section "Room Type".
-VM Desktop:  in Management > Setup > Interfaces > Choose your Channel Manager > bottom left section "Room Type".

Examples:
If the number is at "0", then only when the inventory of a room type in Visual Matrix is at "0", it will send a message to close the inventory online.
If the number is at "3", then only when the inventory of the room type in Visual Matrix is at "3", it will send a message to close the inventory online. That means that the last 3 rooms will have to be sold locally.
For non-BW interfaces, the total inventory reported will be subtracted by the number of rooms entered in that field. For example, if you have 20 QQ rooms, and you put 2 in that field, Visual Matrix will start out reporting 18 rooms available. When it gets down to 2 QQ rooms, Visual Matrix will automatically close and send an inventory count of "0".
