Locate In-House Guests (Cloud)

When you are managing front-office operations in Visual Matrix Cloud, having quick access to your list of in-house guests is essential for check-in/out workflows, room assignment changes, folio review or incident handling. This article shows you where in the system to locate the current in-house guest list so you can quickly access guest folios, monitor room occupancy, and support staff tasks efficiently.

In-House Guests Screen Overview

The In-House Guests screen provides a real-time view of all guests currently checked in at the property. This screen allows front desk staff to quickly locate guest accounts, monitor stay details, and access folios for daily operations.

Sorting Options
The Sort by option allows you to organize the guest list by Room Number or Guest Name. This helps staff quickly locate specific guests depending on their workflow.

List Options
The List Option controls which guests are displayed:
  1. All Rooms: Displays all guests currently checked in
  2. Due Outs Only: Displays only guests scheduled to check out today
This is especially useful when preparing for departures or managing daily check-out activity.



Guest List Details
The guest list displays all in-house reservations along with key information, including:
  1. Room number
  2. Guest name
  3. Stay dates (arrival and departure)
  4. Group name (if applicable)
  5. Folio balance
Each row represents a checked-in guest, and selecting a room will open the guest’s account for further actions.

Group Column
The Group column displays the group or block name when a reservation is part of a group booking. This helps staff quickly identify group-associated guests and manage group stays more efficiently.



Pagination Controls
  1. When there are many in-house guests, the Rows per page dropdown allows you to control how many records are displayed at once.
  2. Use the navigation arrows to move between pages and browse the full list of guests.
