When a group’s drop date passes, any unused allocated rooms are typically released — and the group may appear “locked,” preventing additional pickup.

But there’s a built-in way to reopen it.

✔ It matches allocations to actual picked-up rooms

✔ It updates the Alloc Drop Type/Days to Departure Date

✔ It keeps the group active for pickup through departure

This means you can continue adding reservations from the Availability screen — even if:

- The original drop date has passed

- All allocated rooms were dropped

- The group shows 0 allocation remaining

No error message will appear. Simply select the dates and proceed.
