The 180-Day Incomplete PM (Preventive Maintenance) Tracker gives you statistical data of incomplete PMs for the guest rooms and common areas. The report is available in both PDF and Excel.

Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > 180 Day Incomplete Preventive Maintenance Tracker

1. Percentage of Guest Rooms and Common Areas that are Incomplete

2. Statistics gathered for Room Number/Common Area, Date of the last PM Activity for the room number or common area, and the PM Age (how many days since the last activity)

3. Total Guest Rooms and the total Common Areas of the hotel. Both of these totals are provided based on the information given for the initial setup in MOP.

The Excel format provides the Site Name and identifies the room type based on the number of beds in the room.
