Preventive Maintenance (PM) Task List Report (MOP 2.0)


The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Task List gives statistical data for the current month/year of all the PMs that have been completed or remain incomplete. The report is available in PDF or Excel.
Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > PM Task List

1. and 2. Data documented for Guest Rooms and has the room number referenced
3. and 4. Data documented for Common Areas and has the location of the common area referenced
5. View Forms allows you to see the actual Checklist used for the Preventive Maintenance task



The Excel format provides a few other data columns such as  a Task ID (auto-generated), Room Type (indicates the number of beds in the room), Maintenance PM (indicates the task was created using the Recurring Task icon), Corporate ID (assigned during set up for MOP)
