Updating Task Assignee and Details Using the RA Monitor (MOP 2.0)

The RA Monitor allows supervisors and managers to review, reassign, and modify housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk tasks in real time. It provides a centralized view for making quick adjustments to assignments, priorities, and task details throughout the day.

Accessing the RA Monitor

Path: Dashboard > RA Monitor

Reassigning a Task to a Different Employee

1. Select the department that contains the task you want to update:
  1. Room Attendant (Housekeeping)
  2. Maintenance
  3. Front Desk


2. Select the name of the employee currently assigned to the task and choose the new employee you want to assign the task to.



3. Click Save in the lower-left corner to confirm the reassignment.


Editing Task Details

1. Click on the room number associated with the task.



2. Update any task details as needed, such as:
  1. Priority
  2. Notes
  3. Task status


3. Scroll down to review additional task details if needed.



4. Click Save to apply the changes.


How Changes Appear in the System

Once saved:
The RA Monitor refreshes to reflect your updates
Task changes are immediately visible to the assigned user

Info
If a task’s priority is changed from Medium to High, the task will:
  1. Display in red
  2. Move to the top of the task list on the Room Attendant screen
