Room Preventative Maintenance (PM) Report (MOP)
The Room Preventive Maintenance report gives statistical data on the progress/status for scheduled Preventive Maintenance. The reports is available in PDF and Excel.
Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > Room PM
The PDF Format
- Tasks complete per type (there are more PM tasks than just a room PM).
- Days since last task performed by room: data tracked and color-coded by overdue items by days (calendar sequence), or rents (days the room was rented).
- List of PM performed.
- Number of rooms assigned with that PM.
- Room numbers where that PM was performed.
The Excel CSV Format
The CSV/Excel format will display the following columns:
- Room Number - System Rent Days Count - Number of Days - Number of Rent Days - Duty number - Description | - Site Name - Overdue Count - Overdue Days - Competed Count - Days Interval |
