Room Preventative Maintenance (PM) Report (MOP 2.0)
The Room Preventive Maintenance report gives statistical data on the progress/status for scheduled Preventive Maintenance. The reports is available in PDF and Excel.
Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > Room PM
- Tasks complete per type (there are more PM tasks than just a room PM).
- Days since last task performed by room: data tracked and color-coded by overdue items by days (calendar sequence), or rents (days the room was rented).
- List of PM performed.
- Number of rooms assigned with that PM.
- Room numbers where that PM was performed.
The CSV/Excel format will display the following columns:
- Room Number - System Rent Days Count
- Number of Days
- Number of Rent Days
- Duty number
- Description | - Site Name
- Overdue Count - Overdue Days
- Competed Count
- Days Interval |
