MOP Reports Location: 1.0 vs 2.0
When an application undergoes a significant update like MOP did, one of the main challenges is reestablishing familiar routines and navigating changes to find features that may have been relocated in the new version. This article will guide you through where to find the reports that were available in MOP 1.0 and how they are accessed in version 2.0.
Stand Alone Reports
Previously grouped together, these reports are now found in their respective dedicated sections.
Task Search
This report is available in its own section in the left-hand menu. If you don’t see it, it may not have been added to your role and/or user permissions.
Process Inspection
You can find details of all the completed process inspections in the "Process Inspection" section located in the left menu.
Room Inspection
You can find details of all the completed rooms inspections in the "Rooms Inspection" section located in the left menu.
Maintenance Completed
All completed maintenance can now be found through the "Task Search" screen.
Preventative Maintenance Completed
All completed preventative maintenance can now be found through the "Task Search" screen.
Room PM Tracker
All Room PM can now be found through the "Task Search" screen.
Quaterly PM Tracker
All Quaterly PM can now be found through the "Task Search" screen.
RA Avg Times
This report is now available in its own section in the left-hand menu. If you don’t see it, it may not have been added to your role and/or user permissions.
WiFi Latency
This report has not been moved over to MOP 2.0.
Weekly and Monthly Reports
Those reports can still be found all together in the Reports section in the left-hand menu.
