Process Inspection Stand Alone Report (MOP)

A Process Inspection Stand Alone Report allows you to view, search, and filter all Room Attendant process inspections in one place. These reports help:
  1. Monitor staff performance
  2. Ensure cleaning standards are met
  3. Track inspection results over time


Path: Dashboard/Home Page > Process Inspection

1. Access Process Inspection Page - Navigate to Process Inspection (This page displays all inspections)


2. Search Inspections - Use the Search field to locate inspections (Search is based on the room attendant being evaluated, not the inspector)


3. Apply Filters - Click the funnel icon (top right). Use available filters to refine results:
  1. Room Attendant
  2. Date range
  3. Inspection type
  4. Other available criteria


4. Display Results - Click Search to display filtered inspection results


Notes
  1. Search results are based on the room attendant, not the inspector
  2. Filters are useful when working with large datasets
  3. This report helps identify:
    1. Performance trends
    2. Missed steps
    3. Inspection outcomes
