
A Room Attendant (Process) Inspection is used to evaluate and guide room attendants while they perform cleaning tasks. This inspection ensures:
- Cleaning standards are followed
- Rooms meet quality expectations
- Staff performance is properly assessed
Two types of inspections are available:
- Refresh (light cleaning)
- Full Clean (complete service)

Add a Process Inspection
1. Select Room -Choose the room number assigned for cleaning.
2. Select Room Attendant - Select the room attendant being evaluated
3. Select Inspection Type - Choose the task type:
- Refresh (light cleaning)
- Full Clean (complete cleaning)
Refresh - Light service including: Tidying the room, Replacing towels and toiletries (Ideal for shorter stays)
Full Clean - Full service including: Changing linens, Cleaning bathroom, Vacuuming and dusting (Used for check-ins or deep cleaning)
4. Begin Inspection - Once the checklist appears:
- The room attendant begins cleaning
- The inspection process starts simultaneously

Refresh Inspection
Checklist Details (29 points across categories):
- Preparation
- Decontamination
- Bathroom (start & finish)
- Bed
- Floors
- Additional tasks
- Process & cleaning points
Scoring System (Belt Classification)
This inspection employs a scoring system wherein each step must be verified to attain the highest score. Any unchecked boxes deduct points and consequently affect the final score classification, which is structured as "belts":
- 0–3 missed steps: Green Belt
- 4–6 missed steps: Yellow Belt
- 7+ missed steps: Fail
Belt certification within the process inspection, including brown and black belts, is an integral aspect of a MOP feature.
Special Option: Extreme Contamination
- Used for severe cleaning or safety issues
- Indicates conditions outside normal cleaning standards
- Automatically results in inspection failure
Full Clean Inspection
Checklist Details (40 points across categories):
- Preparation
- Entering room
- Evaluation & preparation
- Bathroom
- Bedroom
- Finish
- Cleaning points
Scoring System
This inspection is a pass or fail, which employs a scoring system wherein each step must be verified to attain the highest score. Any unchecked boxes deduct points and consequently affect the final score:
- 0–6 missed steps: Pass
- 7+ missed steps: Fail
Automatic Failure Conditions
The following selections will result in automatic failure:
- Failure to check door locks / window locks / door viewer
- Extreme Contamination
- Failure to open and check drawers
Each of these adds 7 missed points to the inspection score
- All checklist items must be verified for the highest score
- Missed steps directly impact final results
- Inspections are performed in real-time during cleaning
- Use Extreme Contamination only in serious situations
- Belt classifications are part of a broader performance system
